I have a new samsung tv,I would like to hook up my satellite receiver (dish network DVR),stereo and dvd to tv?

For some reason I cannot remember how to hook up my dish receiver, stereo, dvd player so it all works thru stereo. Dish network DVR is hooked up to my new Samsung, but I'm lost at hooking up the rest to tv
