A album with all the Rolling Stones members but Mick or Keith in it?

There is a album out there with all the members of the Rolling Stones members accept for either Keith Richards or Mick Jagger. I would say it was done in the mid to late sixties or 70's sometime. I seen it so I know it is out there I just can't seem to get anything off google or put it in right so it searchs correctly. Does anyone know their Stones history better than me?
