Do cartoons make your kids go crazy?

I find certain cartoons make my children go a little crazy. They'll start fighting, acting up, running, etc. Usually they'll either be sitting quietly or playing together nicely and then BAM they turn into little scrappers or crazy kids. It's not the time of day, but certain shows (I've tried the theory a few times a day and in the car). I find that Strawberry Shortcake makes my kids run. They just run run run when it's on and sing the song. I find the Disney Jr Channel shorts invoke my kids to be obstinate and disobedient. I really like a few of the cartoons on there but most are irritating and have no educational or pointed content. I have resorted to using the DVR to record certain shows that my husband and I agree are ok and it's been better but for free time sometimes we watch just cartoons on TV and I've started to notice the behavior start up again. Just wondering if I'm the only one who notices this or if other parents notice certain shows influencing their children too.
