How to view wavelet video?

I have a disc burnt off of a dvr. I tried putting it in my computer and I opened up the file folder for it. I then attempted to open the quick wave application to run the disc and a screen popped up saying that one of the files was invalid. so i clicked on the file and it came with an open with screen. Then i searched on the web for programs to open it and nada. ANy suggestions?
