What channel do you have to go to on your TV to watch Directv?

So I was trying to adjust the brightness of my TV and I accidentally held down the channel button and I couldn't find the right channel again.I have the box plugged into an HDMI port, it is the directv plus receiver with DVR if that helps with anything.
