How much does it cost to upgrade my Directv programming to HD?

We have 3 receivers in the house, one in my room, one in my dad's room, and one in the living room that has a DVR built in. They are all standard definition. I recently got an HD TV for my room and was wondering how much it would cost to upgrade the box in my room only, with no DVR.
