Does AVerTV USB HD DVR have a capture delay like HD PVR?

i m thinking about buying AVerTV USB HD DVR and dont know if it has capture delay....the thing is i dont have an extra tv in my room and i would like to use my laptop for gameplay....so i was wondering if it has a capture delay like the hd pvr does have delay.
