Can't figure out what this movie is?

A movie was on the other day, and I want to know what it is. I think Dakota Fanning was in it, and she was making these drawings that like, predicted the future. And she was in China with this other guy, looking for a special case that had a drug in it. And there was this group called Division who also wanted the drug. I think. Anyone know what it is? I never got to finish it because the DVR changed the channel and started recording something else.
